DURATION: 40 MINUTES
I enjoy meeting people face to face, even if it is virtual.
Book a call with me and let's hang out and get to know each other a bit!
One of the things I've learned over the last few years is just how important connection and co-regulation is even if it is over the internet.
I sincerely look forward to having heart-centered conversations and doing what I can to help people. Feel free to bring your favorite beverage! I am never too far from my cup of coffee.
In the process of chatting and getting to know each other, naturally, we may mutually talk about what we do and exchange feedback in the form of peer support.
I welcome questions about my services and discussions about ways we may be aligned to collaborate.
While these are generally meant to be pitch-free calls, I trust if you are interested in something I share along the way in conversation, you'll inquire further.
If you've reached out to ask me for help, I will absolutely try to help you if I can. In transparency, a conversation about ways I can support you does include a conversation about my services. In this capacity, I may re-direct you to my website, or to my service request form to book a service that you may request.
Your presence on a call with me should not be for the purpose of prospecting and requests for support on these calls do create a business relationship or a coaching alliance.
With the exception of these calls, all of my other services require that a form be filled out so that you are well informed of my policies, terms, and disclaimer, and I have your consent to provide the services that you are requesting, to you. Services are provided after I have received the application with policy and disclaimer agreements and consent. Please note that due to my needs and other roles that I have, I do not take same day appointments unless we have talked about it, and I pre-approve it. Questions can be submitted to [email protected]. Turnaround time for some inquiries is 24-72 hours.
CONSULTATION AND SUPPORT FOR NEW COACHES
DURATION: 45 MINUTES
Starting your coaching practice can feel overwhelming. Whether you’re just starting out or need some feedback as you fine-tune your approach, these consultations are designed to help you feel more prepared, equipped, and confident as you support your clients.
WHO THIS SERVICE IS FOR:
New Coaches
HOW I CAN SUPPORT YOU:
✔Get Your Questions Answered
– Do you feel like you've been shouting into the void when you ask questions or make posts looking for help? Gain clarity on questions you have about coaching, navigating the online industry, and guidance around essential steps to cover on your journey.
✔Stay Grounded & Confident
– I don't do fluff, and I won't tell you that you just need to work harder, or if you focused more that you could manifest your own outcomes. We can work through limiting beliefs that you might have without bypassing real life barriers and challenges or pretending they don't exist.
At request I can also help you understand importance of staying regulated on calls with clients, and you will learn tangible examples and walk away with tools and tips to use in sessions.
✔Set Up Some of The Foundational Aspects of Your Coaching Practice Without Having to Wing It Alone
– Create a coaching practice that aligns with your values and vision and speaks to your natural assets. If you aren't sure what your values are, we can start there. Get guidance on necessary paperwork and setting up a foundational framework. We can build out some of your processes, and then we'll create an organized system so that you can maintain your focus on your clients when it matters most.
At request, I can also give you some practical feedback on figuring who your clients might be, without telling you to imagine who they are and how much they might make.
✔Understand Client Needs, Get Support When You Need It, Too
– Sometimes an outside view can help you see things more clearly. Are you having trouble figuring out what you client needs? Is impostor syndrome showing up because the needle doesn't seem to be moving? Every situation is different, and without working directly with your clients, I may not have all of the answers, but I can provide suggestions for you to try when you feel stuck trying to help them. We can ethically and anonymously review scenarios that are formatted to protect privacy.
✔Access Helpful Resources
– Receive recommendations on additional tools and resources that may be helpful to have in your toolbox.
I know what it's like out there trying to find your way among all the voices out there telling you what you need to do and how you need to show up. I also know that there aren't enough discussions out there on the importance of discernment, coach skill-building, continuing education, and implementation of the actual coaching process. In an online space filled with bro-marketers, forceful selling, incongruent messaging, and unethical tactics that are often being taught and passed from coach to coach, I can offer you well-rounded guidance and support you as you work through challenge areas, create processes that are rooted in integrity and prioritize client well-being, and build a practice that feels aligned with your values and vision of serving others.
FLEXIBLE OPTIONS:
You choose the areas that you want to focus on. You can submit questions via Messenger, Voxer, or Email. You can also opt for a pre-scheduled package of sessions on Google Meet to do a deep dive in these areas for up to 6 to 8 weeks of support. We book four sessions at a time. Additional sessions can be added as needed. We meet once a week.
REQUIREMENTS:
With the exception of my heart-centered connection calls, all of my other services require that a form be filled out so that you are well informed of my policies, terms, and disclaimer, and I have your consent to provide the services that you are requesting, to you. ETHICALLY MINDFUL TRAUMA INFORMED BUSINESS CONSULTING
DURATION: 1 HOUR (60 MINUTES)
✨ Packaged services are available for agencies and organizations ✨
"Coaching is about more than ‘becoming a business.’ It’s a relational practice." – Jennifer Ann Falandys
Leading with integrity while navigating the online coaching space can feel isolating—especially when so many business strategies prioritize hustle culture, non-compliant tactics, polarization, and high-pressure sales. I know firsthand how challenging it is to find support, camaraderie, and resources in an industry that often disregards ethical considerations and trauma-informed care.
WHO THIS SERVICE IS FOR:
This service is for coaches, advocates, service providers, entrepreneurs, and organizations who want to prioritize ethics, trauma informed practices, client care and their personal well-being. This may also be for you if feel disillusioned by manipulative marketing tactics and want to create safe enough, inclusive, trust-driven spaces for their clients, audience, and prospective buyers.
HOW I CAN SUPPORT YOU:
✔ Foundational Trauma Education
– I can provide foundational trauma education that touches on the science of trauma and toxic stress guided by trauma informed principles and practice, and other relevant areas of trauma work.
✔ Practical, Actionable Guidance
– Gain honest insight from someone who has walked the path. I've been integrating trauma informed care into my work since 2013.
✔ Clarifying Trauma-Informed Practices
– Learn the differences between trauma-aware, trauma-sensitive, trauma-informed, trauma-responsive, and trauma-trained approaches in a way that aims to be well-rounded and not just focused on my own personal perspective.
✔ Expanding Inclusivity & Ethical Awareness
– I will expand on inclusiveness to the extent that I personally can, and cover aspects of trauma education related to inclusivity that are relevant to coaching. I will also touch those which may be more challenging to provide, and why.
✔ Ethical & Considerate Marketing Practices
– Where applicable, I cover and review ethically considerate marketing practices and mindful etiquette that support your clients, audience, and prospective buyers through the facilitation of connection, co-regulation, and building trust by establishing a sense of safety, rapport, and predictability.
✔ Resource & Referral Support
– Receive recommendations for further education and a resource list of other professionals to learn from and who can support your continued growth.
NAVIGATING CHALLENGES AND RESISTANCE
I understand the challenges that come with rejecting "bro-marketing" strategies, coercive tactics, and compliance-driven methods that dominate the online space. This consulting service is for those who are committed to ethical, human-centered business practices and want to create a coaching practice that prioritizes care over conversion and puts integrity over industry trends.
WHY WORK WITH ME?
At the end of our time together, I’ll ensure you are equipped with knowledge, education, awareness, strategies, and resources to help you build and maintain a trauma-informed, ethically mindful business with clarity, and confidence. At request, we can work together to track and meet organizational goals, standing requirements, and create and a plan of action to support future growth and skill development.

Due to the potential volume of what this offer can cover, I recommend being prepared to add on additional sessions as needed.

It is important to note that this particular work may challenge previously held beliefs and some of the deeply ingrained methods and ideologies that we’ve become familiar with and conditioned to apply within the online space. It includes candid, real-life experiences between coaches, clients, and service providers. It may be triggering at times. We will walk through this together.
