You are the decision maker in the co-created relationship that you establish with Jennifer with the exception of Jennifer having to terminate the relationship or suspend sessions for reasons defined by the International Coaching Federation, which includes when a client's needs are beyond what Jennifer can ethically assist with.

As a matter of ethics, and due to Jennifer’s medical conditions, there are times when Jennifer may need to turn down an opportunity to work with someone. Referrals to other service providers or clinical support may be necessary if she determines that an individual needs more support than she can ethically or physically provide.

Jennifer does not claim to be safe for everyone. Jennifer wants to make sure that folks understand that she cannot in good conscience, claim to be a ‘safe-person’ nor will she state that she has a ‘safe space’ for people to be in, because naturally, that cannot be possible based on our histories, past traumas, conditioning, and life experience that shape our worldview and felt-sense of safety. COACHING

Coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve examining different areas of your life or business. It can also include examining areas related to education, career, relationships, health and wellness, and holistic or spiritual practices, among other things.

Coaching is meant to be done when is meant to be done when major emotional and psychological wounds are already healing or are healed and may supplement your therapy or other services that you may receive. If you feel psychologically stressed to the point that it is interfering with your ability to function, please seek the help you need in the form of a professional counselor or qualified medical professional.​​If you are currently receiving psychiatric care, you may want to consult with your provider to ensure working with a coach is in your best interest at this time.
